About Morgan

I provide fair, compassionate and informed services and work together with parties to help them come to practical agreements. For families with children, I encourage solutions that are in the best interest of their children and their children’s development.

I prioritize the well-being of the whole family or system, recognizing the often continued need to work together through difficult issues in the future.

I hold a Masters in Conflict Analysis and Management and am an Associate Roster Member of Mediate BC and a member of Family Mediate Canada. Alongside my private mediation practice, I  am employed with the Federal Government as a Restorative Engagement Practitioner. I volunteer with Restorative Justice Victoria, facilitating dialogue between responsible and affected parties in instances of sexualized violence and crime. I have a background in the field of addiction and many years spent working with youth and families living with acute mental health challenges.

I am a white settler who grew up where the foothills meet the mountains of the wondrous Treaty-Seven territory in Alberta - home of the Siksika (Blackfoot), Tsuut'ina, Kainai, Piikani and Stoney-Nakoda Nations. I am now living as a humbled and grateful every-single-day guest on unceded Lək̓ʷəŋən Traditional Territory.

My pronouns are she and her.
