How it works

Mediation Services

Mediation is appropriate in many different situations and is meant for people who are motivated to come to an agreement outside of court. It creates the opportunity for parties to come together and establish mutually agreed-upon solutions to preserve the integrity of the relationship and make your life - and the lives of your children - much easier in the long run.

After a free, short consultation, Morgan will conduct individual pre-sessions with both parties. If and when it is determined that the parties will benefit from mediation, parties book a joint session and may attend with lawyers or represent themselves. The product of the joint mediation session(s) will be an Agreement in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding or Minutes of Settlement that can be taken to each parties’ council for review. Parties are strongly recommended to seek out independent legal advice throughout the process.
